To reserve your spot in one of our tours, a minimum deposit of $1,995 USD per person is required. (Or you may pay the full amount at time of registration.) Optional pre-tours and post-tours require a 50% deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the tour is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid or have the opportunity to apply your payment to another tour.If a participant cancels their reservation:For trips canceled over and up to 90 days before the departure date, we will refund full payment less a 15% processing fee.For cancellations from 89 to 60 days before the departure date, we will refund 50% of your payment.For cancellations within the final 59 days before departure date, there will be no refunds unless we can fill your spot(s) with another person and the tour is fully booked. If both conditions are met, we will refund the full amount of your payment less a 10% processing fee.

We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your costs should you need to cancel.
